アナログ社長 ハギメンのDX勉強日記 #1

皆さん、こんにちは。
今期、建設職人甲子園ではこれからの建設業界のステップアップ、業務効率化に向けて、DXの勉強会を加速させています。
とはいえ、最新のアプリ、ツール、AIを使うとなるとどうしても苦手意識が生まれてしまいますよね？
ハギメンこと萩原専務理事もそんな苦手意識を持っている一人です。
DXの勉強をしなくても、現状で仕事はなんとかこなせているから、無理して勉強するのもなというのが、ハギメンの当初の感想でした。
しかし、そんなハギメンもmiroやNotionというツールを使っていく中で、徐々にではありますがその利便性を理解して、学ぶことが少しずつ楽しくなっているという状況です。
本日の勉強会では、いよいよNotionでデータベースを作るということにチャレンジを開始しました。自分が仕事をしていて、どういう情報がまとめられていると便利かというのを洗い出し、それをデータベースという形で構築、管理していきます。
今日は「現場リスト」と「取引先リスト」という２つのデータベースを作成するところまでをやりました。現場の情報はどんなことが把握できるといいか、取引先の情報はどんなことが把握できるといいか、それを考えながら自分自身が最適につかる形でデータベースを作っていきます。
その中で「ああ、なるほど、これがこういう風に見れるようになったらすごく便利だ」と段々とNotionを使うことの便利さに気づいていきます。
次回までにリストを作りこんでいくという宿題をもらい、本日の勉強会を終了。
