2026年 新年祈願

本日は、関東にいる理事メンバーで建設職人甲子園 2026年の新年祈願に行ってきました。
2027年に開催するBuilders Innovation Award（BIA）が、関わる企業一社一社が輝き、「挑戦してよかった」と心から思える舞台になること。
そして、そこに至るまでのプロセスそのものが、参加する皆さんの成長につながる一年になること。
そんな想いを込めて、心願成就の祈願をしてきました。
午後からは、そのままBuilders Innovation Awardの企画・運営についての熱い会議。
今回は、AIも活用しながら、・みんなは「誰に」・「何を」・「どのように」届けたいのかその共通点を丁寧にすり合わせていく時間になりました。
意見は違っても、根っこにある想いは驚くほど近い。
それを可視化し、整理し、一つの方向に束ねていく。
AIは、「答えを出すための道具」ではなく、想いを深め、議論を加速させるためのツールとして、確実に力を発揮してくれています。
これはまさに、建設職人甲子園が大切にしてきた「共に学び、共に実践し、共に輝く」この理念を、さらに前に進めるものだと感じています。
2026年も、建設職人甲子園は止まりません。
関わってくださる皆さんと一緒に、学び、挑戦し、その先の未来を創っていけたら嬉しいです。

Learning together creates a powerful environment where people motivate and support one another. When individuals practice side by side, they not only improve their skills but also build confidence and lasting connections. This shared journey often turns challenges into opportunities for growth, making achievements feel even more rewarding. In many ways, collaboration works similarly in other experiences as well. For example, when travelers explore new places, they often rely on shared recommendations like finding the best ebike rentals for Glacier National Park visitors to make their trip smoother and more enjoyable. Ultimately, when people learn together, practice together, and support each other, they truly create the chance to shine together.
Reading about the 2026 New Year Prayer at the Construction Craftsman Koshien really made me think about how much planning and teamwork goes into events like the Builders Innovation Award, and how everyone’s efforts come together to grow and shine. It reminded me of a time I had a tricky math exam and had to use take my online Mathematics exam once because I needed extra support to manage everything on time. It made me realize that asking for help can be part of learning and pushing yourself forward.
I liked how this post focused on growth, shared vision, and people coming together through the Builders Innovation Award planning process. While reading it, I was reminded of a group project last year where I felt overwhelmed and once used online course help to keep up while balancing meetings and deadlines. The way AI is described here as a thinking partner really stood out to me. It shows that learning together can push ideas forward when everyone stays open and aligned.
What a lovely way to start 2026 by sharing hopes, reflections, and wishes for the year ahead! There’s something really uplifting about seeing people come together around fresh beginnings and meaningful intentions as we enter the New Year.
